Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return & refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Product must be unused & unworn
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Return request should be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Damaged / used / hygiene-sensitive jewellery may not be eligible
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Earrings / Nose Jewellery (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged on arrival)
- Customized / special order products
- Clearance / sale items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video
- Once verified, replacement or exchange will be provided
4. Refund Mode
Refund may be provided as:
- Replacement Product
- Store Credit / Coupon
- Bank Refund (if applicable as per policy)
Processing time: 7–10 working days after item inspection.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellation allowed before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
